• 2026 PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The U.S. Infrastructure Development Conference is a two-day forum for public-sector leaders planning, funding, and delivering critical infrastructure across transportation, water, energy, civic facilities, and more.

Through keynotes, panels, and technical sessions, attendees will explore how agencies are tackling funding gaps, navigating procurement complexities, mitigating risk, and accelerating project delivery. Learn how to determine whether a project should move forward, how it should be delivered, and how it can be funded. Presenters will share case studies and insights, and industry experts will guide you through delivery models matched to project complexity, risk, and control.

Sessions will address the full lifecycle of project development, from capital cost evaluation and procurement strategy to O&M planning and long-term value. Attendees will explore local and federal financing options, as well as alternative strategies for leveraging private capital to close gaps and accelerate timelines.

The conference is also a platform for meaningful connection. With a diverse mix of city, county, state, and industry participants, networking is built into the program to help attendees forge partnerships and collaborate on future projects.
